The roots of Ballard Law Corporation were planted in 1985, when Ronald M. Ballard left the second-largest law firm at the time in the Inland Empire to begin his own practice. Ron received his law degree from UCLA in 1983 and was admitted to practice law that year. Having graduated with honors from Claremont McKenna College in 1980 with a dual major in political science and economics, Mr. Ballard has a unique perspective on people and business. He provides specialized services for business owners, executives, investors, professionals, and homeowners to create and preserve wealth.

As the firm’s lead attorney, he has served as special project counsel for the largest non-profit corporation in Los Angeles County and for the real estate development arm of a multi-billion-dollar savings institution. Mr. Ballard has represented clients from five continents, including celebrities and elected officials. However, most services emphasize all forms of California real estate transactions, as well as the startup, acquisition, and development of growing California and online businesses and their owners.

Mr. Ballard’s service-oriented attitude stems from a history of public service. He was elected a member and officer of the Charter Oak Unified School District Board of Education and the (then) 62nd Assembly District County Central Committee. He has been selected for “Who’s Who in American Law,” “Who’s Who in America,” and “Who’s Who in the World.” He is a member of the Real Property Law and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law Sections of the California State Bar. A frequent lecturer, Mr. Ballard has given seminars at various colleges, numerous civic and business groups, as well as large real estate conventions and webinars with 1,000 participants.

The father of eight children, with 17 grandchildren and a great-grandson, Ron truly senses family as wealth. He has been active in his church as a lector, commentator, and in other roles. Ron Ballard is an attorney you can feel comfortable talking with.
